Privacy Policy

RealVoice Studio is designed to work without accounts, ads, analytics SDKs, tracking tools, or a developer-operated backend.

What RealVoice Studio may access

RealVoice Studio may ask for these permissions only when a feature needs them:

• Microphone, if you choose to record your own reference voice sample. The recording is made on your Mac, stored locally on your Mac, and used locally by the app to generate audio with that saved voice. The developer cannot listen through your microphone and does not receive your recording.
• Speech recognition, during the guided voice-cloning flow, to help match what you read against the on-screen consent script. RealVoice Studio requests on-device recognition for this flow.
• User-selected files, when you choose a file to import or choose where to export generated audio. The app uses the files and locations you select.

If you do not grant a permission, the related feature may not work. Other parts of the app can still be used.

How your data is handled

Your scripts, generated audio, voice samples, saved voices, transcripts, settings, and exports are stored locally on your Mac. RealVoice Studio does not upload, sync, sell, or share that data with the developer or any developer-operated server.

Voice generation runs locally on your Mac after the required app assets are available. RealVoice Studio does not send your scripts, recordings, saved voices, generated voices, or exported audio to a remote generation service.

RealVoice Studio does not include third-party advertising, tracking, analytics, profiling, or crash-reporting SDKs.

Model assets

RealVoice Studio uses Apple-hosted app assets for large local model files. These assets are handled by Apple's app distribution infrastructure and stored locally for use by the app. RealVoice Studio does not operate its own model download server.

Support email

If you contact support by email, the information you choose to send is handled as part of that support conversation. Do not send private scripts, recordings, or generated audio unless you want them reviewed for support.

Responsible use

RealVoice Studio includes voice design and voice cloning tools. You are responsible for using these tools only with voices and content you own or have permission to use, and for avoiding impersonation, deception, harassment, fraud, or other harmful uses.

Crash reports and diagnostics

RealVoice Studio does not send crash reports or diagnostics directly to the developer through its own service. If you have enabled Apple's system-level analytics or crash-report sharing, Apple may collect diagnostics according to Apple's own settings and policies.

Children's privacy

RealVoice Studio is not designed to collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be published with a new effective date.
