What to include
Please include your device model, memory, system version, RealVoice Studio version, what you were trying to generate, and what happened. If the issue is about quality, a short description of the script and voice settings is usually enough. Do not send private recordings unless you want them reviewed for support.
Memory requirements
RealVoice Studio can use about 10 GB of RAM for each active inference session. On a system with 16 GB of memory, run one generation at a time. On a system with 24 GB, two parallel sessions may be possible. A system with 8 GB may not have enough memory for reliable generation.
